Leipen is a law firm specialising in civil liability and motor, transport and liability insurance under Mexican and Spanish law.
It provides advisory and legal representation services in disputes arising from damage caused during carriage by air or land, as well as from workplace and motor vehicle accidents.
Also, Leipen advises the Mexican community on residential conveyancing and company transactions in Spain. Both services are also offered to the Spanish community in Mexico.
With operations in Mexico City, Nuevo León, Coahuila and Madrid. Its area of expertise arose in response to the lack of practitioners with proven academic and practical knowledge of tort law, in a context in which courts increasingly narrow the procedural defences available to businesses. The complementary practice acts as a legal bridge for the Mexican–Spanish community with family and commercial interests in both countries.
